Delivery

Products available to buy on-line have a delivery code A, B or C beside the description and catalogue code.

Delivery charges are as follows:

A - £3.00 + VAT

B - £8.50 + VAT

C - £20.00 + VAT

If your order consists of a variety of items and different delivery codes, you will be charged the single highest code as your delivery cost.

For example, if you order 3 items with A codes and 1 item with a B code, your delivery charge is £8.50.
If you order 2 items with an A code, 3 with a B code and 1 with a C code, your delivery charge is £20.00.

These delivery prices apply to the UK mainland only. For offshore islands and deliveries to Ireland, please contact us.

Orders over £500 (excluding VAT) will be delivered FREE to UK mainland.

Delivery Times

Product availability is shown on the product information page. Items marked "generally available ex stock" will be despatched as soon as possible, but normally within 1-2 days of receipt of your order.

If you order an item marked "generally available within 6 weeks", we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date.

Returns

Our products are designed with great care and attention and we hope you will feel the same way about them. However, if for any reason you don’t, please return them to us unused and in the original packaging within 3 months of payment and we will be happy to exchange or refund the item at the original purchase price, excluding delivery costs. Please note that we are not responsible for return delivery charges other than for incorrect or faulty items. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so you should always obtain a proof of posting or despatch.
